IQVIA, a global leader in life sciences, launched IQVIA Digital Technologies after COVID to move from a service model to SaaS for pharmaceutical customers. Facing a need to rapidly build brand awareness and reposition as a tech-forward solution for a narrow professional audience, the team required a targeted, high-impact campaign that would generate quick traction.
They ran an awareness-first LinkedIn campaign using single-image ads, event email lists and lookalike audiences, tech-first messaging and imagery, hashtag engagement, and A/B testing, with consistent branded landing pages. The effort delivered 2.2M+ impressions, grew the audience from 5,000 to 25,000, achieved ~1.5% CTR (about 3x the LinkedIn benchmark) and sustained strong engagement while also improving results on other digital channels.
