PwC Switzerland, part of the global PwC professional services network with offices in 156 countries and nearly 295,000 people, set out to expand awareness beyond its traditional reputation for assurance and tax to position itself as a trusted partner in customer transformation. The challenge was to change market perception and demonstrate relevant expertise in customer-facing transformation across multiple industries.

PwC ran a two-phase, industry-focused LinkedIn campaign that combined broad initial awareness targeting with granular segmentation of five priority industries, tailored messaging, client case studies, and a mix of formats (Messaging Ads, sponsored video/image content and retargeting), plus industry-specific landing pages to streamline the experience. The approach drove stronger engagement and site quality signals: +11% CTR (above benchmark), +135% engagement, -13% bounce rate and +16% time on page, while improving lead quality and organic visibility for customer transformation content.
