Matmatch is an online marketplace that connects engineers and other end users with suppliers of specialty engineering materials. To scale the business it needed to build awareness and momentum among engineers early in their projects while simultaneously generating high‑quality supplier leads to keep pace with growing buyer demand.

Matmatch ran a full‑funnel LinkedIn program — video, Sponsored Content and Carousel ads for awareness; Sponsored InMail and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms plus ABM, sector targeting and retargeting to capture supplier interest — which grew its user base to over 150,000 in under a year. LinkedIn directly generated about 1,000 qualified supplier leads (a 10x increase in the supplier pipeline), cut cost per qualified lead by more than half, and delivered strong meeting response rates (around 20%) from targeted InMail outreach.
