Studytube, an Amsterdam-based software company (201–500 employees), faced the challenge of consistently driving a high volume of quality leads from a well-defined target audience and optimizing their marketing approach after lead generation gains had peaked and plateaued. They needed a sustainable full-funnel strategy that balanced brand-building with demand generation to keep the pipeline healthy.
Studytube identified untapped audiences and engaged more buying-committee members, increased top-funnel investment (allocating budget to brand as well as demand), and used a multi-format ad approach—adding Text Ads at the top of funnel and rotating six creative variants to prevent fatigue and control spend. The refined strategy delivered strong funnel lifts: +52% Leads→MQL, +46% MQL→SQL, and +100% SQL→OPP.
