Colliers, a global professional services and investment management firm operating in 66 countries with 19,000+ employees, ran two APAC webinars in 2023 (May targeting Office; October targeting Industrial & Logistics). The team’s challenge was to improve event promotion by targeting new regional and sector audiences and applying learnings from the May campaign to increase registrations and attendance for the October event.

By combining Hootsuite for coordinated scheduling and visibility with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for targeted single-image ads and audience replication, Colliers refined messaging and honed its target audience (including senior decision-makers from top client companies). The approach drove 50% of October registrations from LinkedIn, achieved 30% higher engagement and 3.5x more impressions, and resulted in a 36% rise in registrations and 35% more attendees.
