CISCO, the world’s leading network systems provider, needed a better way to match data centre buyers with the right solution—modernisation, automation or security—because customer intent couldn’t be reliably inferred from data alone. The challenge was connecting each buyer to the most relevant content and sales path across a broad product portfolio.
Working with DWA Media, CISCO ran LinkedIn Conversation Ads that asked buyers about their priority and then guided them to tailored content streams (eBooks, expert videos, webinars, demos, or product specialists). The campaign achieved an open rate of over 62%, a click-to-open rate above 7.6%, generated leads at a rate of more than 14.6%, and delivered cost per lead well below CISCO’s targets.
