Celonis, the world leader in process mining and Enterprise Performance Acceleration software, needed to reinvent its flagship Celosphere conference as a three-day virtual event in just six weeks due to COVID-19. The brief was to reach relevant decision-makers, drive registrations and leads at scale, keep attendees engaged throughout the event, and amplify key sessions to spur additional sign-ups on the day.
Celonis ran a multi-dimensional digital campaign with a strong LinkedIn focus—Sponsored Content, Video and Message Ads, targeted persona-specific promos, and LinkedIn Live streams—while producing a varied virtual program (keynotes, panels, product launches, remote guests and certification sessions). The approach delivered more than 18,000 registrations (against an initial 10k target), 1,000+ registrations via LinkedIn, 6,700 additional views from LinkedIn Live and a 4.5% engagement rate, meeting all reach and registration objectives.
