Boosting brand awareness and course enrolment

Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI), founded in 2018 and now with campuses in Berlin, Hamburg, Paris and Athens, grew from nine to over 3,000 students and needed to build stronger brand awareness to support global recruitment—particularly in key markets like India, Latin America and Africa. With a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes delivered in partnership with established universities, the school wanted to move beyond course‑focused ads to a brand‑building approach that would nurture prospects across a lengthy student decision journey.

BSBI ran a LinkedIn multi‑product campaign combining sponsored content, video branding, single‑image ads and InMail, driving traffic to a prospect landing page and retargeting warm leads with InMail. Within 30 days 609 members were exposed to both brand and course messaging, click‑through rates rose 33%, and the campaign delivered consistent lead‑to‑enrolment results; the school continues to refine creative and ad formats while leveraging LinkedIn and Google together.
