AvePoint’s global LinkedIn campaigns drive unprecedented conversion rates

AvePoint, a Jersey City–based SaaS provider (1,001–5,000 employees) for Microsoft 365 data migration, management and protection, needed to scale global marketing for its #ShiftHappens conference after moving the event virtual during the pandemic. The team’s challenge was to drive awareness and high-quality leads across more than 10 countries—targeting professionals by job function, region and company size—and funnel prospects into eBook downloads, webinar registrations and product demos.

AvePoint ran LinkedIn conversation ads with geo- and career-specific targeting, Showcase Pages, and Lead Gen Forms to shorten the conversion path. The campaign delivered 1,481 leads on a $105,000 budget, achieved 33.59% completion in Germany and 32.59% in France (versus an 8.67% global benchmark), a 37% average Lead Gen Form completion, reduced cost-per-lead from about $200 to $80+ in many regions, and generated an estimated $5–$8 return for every $1 spent.
