Village Entertainment, part of Village Roadshow Limited, needed a holistic single view of guests across cinemas, distribution and theme parks to build one-to-one relationships beyond its loyalty program. To address disparate data sources and capture both transactional and intent signals, Village Entertainment partnered with Lexer and implemented the Lexer Customer Data Platform (CDP).

Lexer unified data from SAP BI, Vista Ticketing & Loyalty, GA360, Google BigQuery, Adobe DMP and Sitecore, enabling activation to Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Adobe DMP, Sitecore and eDM. The Lexer CDP humanised 80% of the Victorian market, powered a Mother’s Day flash sale that drove a 515% year‑over‑year revenue increase via paid social, grew active loyalty members 62% YoY, increased contactable members 36% YoY (now over one million), and showed Vrewards members deliver 26% higher NPS and 190% greater annual value than non‑members.
