How Mountain Khakis Increases Sales 49% in 22 days with Customer Data Platform

Mountain Khakis, a Jackson Hole–based apparel brand facing a three-year decline in direct eCommerce (including a ~20% year‑over‑year drop), needed to quickly understand and reverse falling revenue ahead of the holiday season. To gain a single customer view and stop the decline, Mountain Khakis implemented the Lexer CDP to unify siloed CRM, eCommerce, order, merchandising and email data and power faster, data‑driven decisions.

Using Lexer, Mountain Khakis unified customer data, built RFM and value segments with Lexer Identify, and activated audiences via Lexer Activate to Facebook and Instagram. The targeted lookalike and re‑engagement campaigns drove a 49% uplift in Black Friday revenue versus 2018, a 16% revenue increase in 22 days, and $150K saved by bringing agency work in‑house; targeting high‑value females delivered a 5X ROAS (and a follow‑up “treat yourself” campaign returned 7.1X), while customer gender mix moved from 70/30 to 50/50.
