A Lexer Case Study
Corbetts, a Canadian snow-equipment and apparel retailer founded in 1941, came to Lexer new to ecommerce and inexperienced with Facebook advertising. Their challenge was to engage customers, acquire new online buyers, and drive conversions from a modest media budget—so they worked with Lexer to implement the Lexer Customer Data Platform (CDP) and get hands-on guidance for paid social.
Lexer unified, enriched and analyzed Corbetts’s customer data, trained the team, and built CDP-powered, hyper-targeted retention and acquisition audiences for Facebook campaigns. The results were dramatic: some audiences averaged a ROAS of 74.89, with retention audiences reaching as high as 195.66 and acquisition lookalikes up to 68.41 (kids outerwear ROAS 12.24), and strong April follow-ups (e.g., women’s retention ROAS 122.25). Thanks to Lexer’s solution and services, Corbetts gained actionable customer insights, confidence to scale budget, and plans to expand paid social and data-capture campaigns.
