Caravan Industry Association of Australia (CIAA), the peak national body for the caravanning and camping industry in Australia, needed a better way to store, enrich, and understand its database of more than one million profiles. With Lexer’s CDXP and Form Builder, CIAA aimed to become more self-sufficient, optimize paid media spend, and identify new audience segments beyond its saturated known audiences.

Lexer implemented an integrated solution using Form Builder embedded into participating caravan parks’ booking and follow-up communications, connecting survey responses and booking events back to CIAA’s CDXP in real time. The campaign, “Road to a Million,” exceeded its competition target by 679%, generated 852,649 entries from 77,937 participants, collected 6,376 survey responses, and produced 23 million impressions, helping CIAA measure impact and gain actionable audience insights.
