Lexer used its Customer Data Platform (CDP) to deploy short, mobile-first surveys tied to AFL Grand Final excitement, automatically ingesting responses, segmenting fans, and delivering tailored follow-ups. The campaign delivered over 13,000 submissions in days (61% of targeted fans, 87% from Western Australia), grew the Eagles’ database by 5%, and cost just $0.36 AUD per submission, demonstrating strong engagement and immediately actionable data for the West Coast Eagles.
