Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, a global manufacturer of instruments and digital music experiences, faced challenges supporting its growing business on aging, on-premise SAP hardware. The company needed to migrate its systems to a more reliable and scalable platform to accommodate a massive surge in new customers. To achieve this, Fender partnered with Lemongrass to upgrade its SAP systems and migrate them to AWS.

Lemongrass implemented a two-part solution, first upgrading Fender’s system to SAP Suite on HANA and then migrating it to AWS while ensuring ongoing operations. The project included practice runs to minimize downtime. The result was a significantly faster system that improved productivity and efficiency for business users. Lemongrass now serves as the managed service provider for Fender’s SAP ecosystem, maintaining its security and performance.
