The company needed to become a hybrid manufacturer‑and‑brand without sacrificing the flawless quality and service it provided to longstanding clients, while also achieving perfect fit, faster time‑to‑market and consistent premium quality to compete internationally.
Partnering with long‑time technology provider Lectra, Kauno Baltija adopted 3D virtual prototyping to visualize, adjust and grade garments on digital avatars, streamlining collaboration between freelance designers and in‑house teams. The change halved sample development time, improved fit across sizes, accelerated decision‑making and raised overall product quality, with ongoing training driving continuous process improvement.
