A Lectra Case Study
Façonnable, the iconic French Riviera fashion house based in Nice that develops roughly 900 products across four seasons, wanted to strengthen its development process while preserving traditional craftsmanship. The company faced challenges tracking major events across the product lifecycle, structuring and archiving information for supply partners, controlling fit for an international customer base, stabilizing costs, and improving product quality and on-time delivery as it expanded.
Façonnable implemented Lectra Fashion PLM (including Modaris and Diamino) across line planning to production, introducing a Merchandising‑driven matrix, mandatory product data, status tracking and automated alerts, plus centralized spec packs and pattern libraries. The result is a standardized, traceable workflow that improved cost control from the start, raised quality, reduced errors and lead times, and strengthened supplier relations and consistent branding across markets.
