The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) partnered with Learning Pool to address the challenge of digitalizing part of their face-to-face induction training for new starters. RBS sought to create a blended learning approach to reduce classroom time and provide a consistent global induction experience. They required a bespoke online module built in Articulate Storyline 2 that would communicate key company information and give employees a virtual tour of their Edinburgh headquarters.

Learning Pool created a gamified e-learning solution featuring bespoke illustrations that recreated the head office for a virtual exploratory experience. The module used interactive screens, activities, and a puzzle piece collection function to engage learners. Learning Pool also delivered a PDF version to meet accessibility requirements. The solution successfully delivered a consistent and engaging induction, reducing the need for classroom training across RBS's global locations.
