Royal Bank of Scotland engaged Learning Pool Limited to digitalise part of its face‑to‑face induction and create a blended learning approach for new starters. RBS wanted to reduce classroom time, deliver a consistent induction experience across global locations, and give new employees a realistic sense of the Gogarburn HQ; the course was specified to be built in Articulate Storyline 2 so RBS could make future edits in‑house.

Learning Pool Limited developed a bespoke, gamified Articulate Storyline 2 module featuring interactive screens, bespoke illustrative recreations of the Head Office, video content, and a puzzle‑piece “Blueprint for Success” incentive, plus PDF transcripts for accessibility. The collaborative build enabled RBS to take over future edits, delivered a more consistent and engaging induction experience that reduced the need for lengthy classroom sessions, and provided measurable operational benefits in ease of maintenance and accessibility compliance.
