DFS, a leading furniture retailer with 107 stores across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands, needed to modernise mandatory classroom training that was centralised in Doncaster. To reduce travel, improve consistency and keep compliance content up to date, DFS selected Learning Pool Limited to develop a blended learning programme and bespoke multi-device e‑learning modules covering Manual Handling, Data Protection and Interest Free Credit.

Learning Pool Limited delivered three branded, interactive e‑learning modules and a blended delivery model that lets staff complete training in-store or on personal devices with robust tracking for compliance and 12‑month refresh cycles. The solution cut time away from stores, improved consistency and auditability, drove rapid user uptake, and led DFS to commission four additional modules (Health & Safety, Sofa Care, Product Knowledge and Good Customer Outcomes), embedding e‑learning into its everyday training.
