With Leapsome, SIDES introduced a behavior-based competency framework, centralized reviews, and easier access to past assessments, feedback, and private notes. The result was more bias-free performance reviews, clearer development paths, and faster, more informed manager decisions. In the first month after implementation, employees exchanged feedback and praise 104 times, and SIDES is now planning biannual feedback cycles and considering Leapsome’s Goals module for OKRs and goal-setting.
