Pepper, a Berlin-based social commerce company operating Dealabs, HotUKDeals and mydealz across 11 countries (25 million unique users/month; 12,000 purchase decisions/minute), needed to replace a fragmented, department-dependent feedback process with a regular, company-wide system to make development visible and help employees address blind spots. To solve this, Pepper partnered with Leapsome and adopted its suite including Goals & OKRs, Employee Engagement Surveys, Instant Feedback & Praise, 1-to-1 Meetings, and Performance & 360° Reviews.
Leapsome ran a pilot with team-lead training and then supported a worldwide rollout via a live all‑hands demo, delivering a single platform for all ~200–250 employees. The Leapsome implementation automated review workflows, reduced HR and manager workload, and universalized feedback—many colleagues received feedback for the first time—giving Pepper clearer visibility into development and streamlined people processes across the company.
