How Fueled is gaining actionable insights from survey results and providing a personable offboarding process with Leapsome

Fueled, a New York City–based technology consultancy with 130 employees, needed a more intuitive and visually polished performance management platform than its previous tool. The team wanted software that better supported its custom needs and offered stronger analytics, while making employee reviews and other people processes easier to use. Fueled chose Leapsome, initially for 360° reviews, and also began exploring features like meetings, goals, engagement surveys, and performance management.

With Leapsome, Fueled built a more personable offboarding process by replacing a cold exit survey with a customized review cycle run with the People team, capturing both scores and collaborative comments for later sharing with managers. Fueled also used Leapsome pulse surveys to collect organization-wide feedback, which helped the People team launch initiatives such as the company’s first L&D program and more regular check-ins for sensitive topics. The company continues expanding its use of Leapsome for goals, engagement, and manager adoption, and says Leapsome’s flexibility and customer support have been key to its success.
