Eurowings Digital, a subsidiary of Eurowings Aviation, needed a better way to understand employee sentiment as the company scaled from 50 to 200+ people. Leapsome helped Eurowings Digital turn survey feedback into concrete workplace improvements, from better office amenities and equipment to more transparent communication formats and healthier meeting practices. As a result, the company reduced turnover from 18% to 5.8% (a 12.2% decrease), increased eNPS from 7.9 to 8.5, and raised survey participation from 60% to 82%, with scores improving across every category.
