Advertima, a St. Gallen–based AI company, wanted to build an ongoing feedback culture, improve performance conversations, and better understand competencies across the organization. To address these challenges they chose Leapsome, deploying its Goals & OKRs, Employee Engagement Surveys, Instant Feedback & Praise, and Performance & 360 Reviews to support individual development and company-wide feedback processes.

Leapsome’s platform structured peer-to-peer feedback and goal-setting, making feedback easier and more frequent—both online and offline—and helped teams (including initially skeptical software engineers) adopt the process. As a result, Leapsome drove significant increases in employee satisfaction on metrics for giving and receiving feedback, markedly improved employees’ understanding of their own performance, and boosted feelings of being valued and satisfaction with team and company communication.
