Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, a 489-bed hospital using Cerner EHR, struggled with inefficient robot allocation in its Main OR: three robots were assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, block owners didn’t truly control robotic time, and frequent shuffling was required.
