Creative Dining Serves up a More Sustainable Dining Program for a Fortune 200 Client Using LeanPath Zap

Creative Dining Services, a Michigan-based hospitality management company, needed a more sustainable way to deliver high-end dining for a Fortune 200 client while feeding 75 to 150 guests daily at a private corporate training facility. To better track and reduce food waste, the company turned to LeanPath and its LeanPath Zap solution, which uses a tablet with an existing scale to monitor waste in real time.

LeanPath helped Creative Dining Services launch a positive sustainability initiative, create a Stop Waste Action Team, and give kitchen staff visibility into the cost of discarded food.
