Organic Alternatives, a Fort Collins, Colorado retailer, was processing more than $125K in orders and invoices each month, and its freelance bookkeeper was struggling to keep up. The company needed a better way to handle payments, avoid late or duplicate bills, and manage the complexity of paying cannabis suppliers. LeafLink’s Payment on Sell-Through (PoST) was introduced as the solution.

LeafLink implemented PoST to automate manual payment work and pull sell-through data directly from Metrc, allowing Organic Alternatives to pay for inventory only as it sold. This helped reduce errors, keep more cash in the bank, and free up funds for other expenses by avoiding cash tied up in unsold inventory. Organic Alternatives also gained access to sell-through data to help fine-tune ordering and improve sales.
