Six Labs, a cannabis brand family including Six Labs, MIsix, Candela, Binske, and Higgs, needed better visibility into product sell-through across retail locations to support smarter sales decisions and upstream product planning. They turned to LeafLink and its Payment on Sell-Through (PoST) program to gain insight into how products were moving at individual stores and to help grow order sizes with retail partners.
Using LeafLink’s PoST, Six Labs linked Metrc packages to orders, tracked sell-through in real time, and received guaranteed weekly payments as products sold. The results included 3 SKU adjustments to reduce overstock, a 2X sales increase after discounting slow-moving items, 100%+ sell-through on a bulk flower SKU that led to a proactive reorder, and expansion into 4 additional storefronts.
