Case Study: ParkHub maintains employee engagement and rapidly pivots to remote work during COVID-19 with Lattice

A Lattice Case Study

Preview of the ParkHub Case Study

To Support Employees During the COVID-19 Crisis, ParkHub Leans On Lattice

ParkHub, a Dallas-based parking technology company, faced an urgent people‑management challenge when COVID‑19 forced a sudden shift to remote work. With manual performance reviews, scattered goal tracking (“Rocks”), and a small HR team, ParkHub needed a turnkey system to capture real‑time employee feedback and bring structure to performance, 1:1s, and engagement. They selected Lattice as their people management platform, leveraging features like goal tracking, 1:1s, performance reviews and the Crisis Response Survey template.

ParkHub deployed Lattice within days and used Lattice’s Crisis Response Survey to take the company’s pulse — receiving responses from all but three employees — which revealed overwork and gaps in work/life balance. Using those insights, leadership modeled time off, encouraged self‑care, and increased visibility into individual and company Rocks, while teams adopted 1:1s and goal tracking. The Lattice implementation delivered rapid, measurable engagement data, faster decision‑making, higher platform adoption, and improved alignment and retention potential across the organization.
