Liferay, a global enterprise technology company, needed a more consistent way to manage employee feedback and development across its distributed workforce. Its homegrown performance management process was outdated, lacked self-reviews and 360-degree feedback, and often left managers without documentation for important conversations. To modernize and standardize people operations, Liferay turned to Lattice.
With Lattice’s performance management, goals and OKRs, 1:1s, analytics, and engagement surveys, Liferay centralized its people processes and made feedback, goal-setting, and development much easier to manage. Lattice also worked closely with Liferay to deliver a requested feature early, and the results were strong: clearer company-wide goal alignment, greater transparency, and nearly 90% participation in engagement surveys.
