Linktree, a Melbourne-based social media company with 200 employees across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, needed a better way to manage performance and development as it grew quickly. Its homegrown HR processes couldn’t provide consistent, equitable performance reviews, feedback, goal setting, or career conversations across the business, and the company wanted a more transparent way to support high performance and employee growth. Lattice was selected to help standardize these people processes.
With Lattice, Linktree rolled out biannual 360-degree reviews, quarterly growth conversations, biweekly 1:1s, and career tracks through Lattice Performance and Lattice Grow. The results included higher participation in reviews and development conversations, more consistent performance expectations, and stronger manager enablement—turning managers into more effective career coaches. Lattice also gave Linktree better access to People data and helped create clearer internal career paths for both individual contributors and people managers.
