How Valtech Used Lattice to Build a People Strategy with Feedback and Data

Valtech, a global digital agency with more than 50 offices worldwide, faced the challenge of keeping a rapidly growing, geographically scattered workforce connected and heard. Seeking a single system to formalize feedback without losing a personal touch, Valtech selected Lattice’s platform (Lattice Plan with Premium Support, including Lattice Grow) to combine performance management, engagement tools, and career-path development.

Using Lattice’s Pulse, eNPS, surveys and 1:1 features, Valtech ran a Regional Happiness Survey that generated nearly 1,000 comments and record participation, turned results into targeted action plans and workshops, and rapidly adopted recurring 1:1s (80 scheduled within days, now 208 ongoing). Lattice helped Valtech drive daily sentiment tracking, improve manager coaching, maintain engagement through COVID-19, and produce measurable cultural and operational improvements.
