How Lattice’s People Strategy Group Helped Klick Health Launch OKRs and Reviews

Klick Health, a large independent commercialization partner for life sciences, needed a more formal way to manage goal-setting, performance reviews, and development as it grew while preserving its people-first culture. It turned to Lattice for performance management and Goals & OKRs tools, along with guidance from Lattice’s People Strategy Group.

With Lattice, Klick Health launched a flexible OKR framework and a new “Cultivate Performance” review cycle, supported by continuous feedback, one-on-ones, and year-round goal tracking. The rollout improved alignment and adoption: 50% of Klick team members had at least one OKR in Lattice within a year, and the company saw stronger engagement with end-of-year reviews, with plans to reach 80% OKR adoption the following year.
