How Lattice Smooths the Acquisition Process at GreenState Credit Union

GreenState Credit Union, a mid-market financial services organization serving more than 280,000 members, needed to modernize its performance and employee growth processes while preserving culture through frequent acquisitions. As the company added employees through M&A, it faced challenges with manual Word- and Excel-based people processes, low recruiting brand recognition in new markets, and the need to keep employees engaged and aligned across hybrid teams. GreenState turned to Lattice to replace its archaic systems and better support continuous feedback, reviews, and engagement.

With Lattice, GreenState Credit Union rolled out integrated performance and engagement tools, including feedback, onboarding surveys, goal setting, midyear and annual reviews, and 360-degree feedback. The results were strong: onboarding surveys save HR recruiters about 300 hours per year, 90% of employees complete engagement surveys, 80% have participated in 1:1s with their manager, and 50% received feedback in the last three months. GreenState also raised its eNPS to 78 against a goal of 50, showing that Lattice helped the organization scale People Ops efficiently while strengthening culture and performance.
