A Lattice Case Study
Faire, an online marketplace connecting independent brands and retailers, needed more consistency, rigor, and clarity in performance management as it scaled (400+ employees). To help employees grow their careers and use their distinctive strengths, Faire chose Lattice and its Grow platform to standardize feedback, career frameworks, and manager coaching.
Using Lattice Grow, Faire piloted qualitative competency ratings with 150 employees, built 79 Career Framework tracks in Grow, and rolled the new process into the Q2 2022 performance cycle. Early results include a 94% review-cycle completion rate, a company-wide “Career Faire” with Personal Growth Plans uploaded to Lattice, clearer, actionable growth goals tied to feedback, and more consistent, equitable career conversations that Faire and Lattice are continuing to measure via employee surveys.
