DECIEM, the Toronto-based beauty company behind brands like The Ordinary, was experiencing hyper-growth and needed a way to bring consistency to reviews, feedback, and employee development across a rapidly expanding global team. As the company formalized its people programs, it wanted a solution that would support career growth without losing its collaborative, authentic culture, and it evaluated tools including Lattice for a simpler, more centralized approach.

DECIEM implemented Lattice across goals and OKRs, 1:1s, performance reviews, feedback, analytics, and engagement, building a program called Human Journeys around continuous feedback and development. With Lattice, DECIEM achieved 97% completed performance reviews within a year, over 80% of the business using goal setting, and about 80% survey completion rates, while nearly half of goals in the system became personal or development goals.
