How Birchbox Refreshed Its Performance Management Process

Birchbox, a beauty and e‑commerce retailer known for its personalized monthly sample subscriptions, had grown to about 150–200 employees across New York City, London, Paris and Barcelona and found its existing performance management tool too cumbersome to support development at scale.
