GoGuardian, an education technology company serving K-12 schools, was growing quickly and needed a scalable way to keep managers aligned, support employee development, and retain talent. As the organization expanded from about 200 to 700 employees, its ad hoc performance management approach was no longer consistent enough to provide regular feedback, transparent growth conversations, or a unified review process.

With Lattice, the company created 65 job tracks, improved career path clarity, and used anonymized employee feedback to make changes like increasing 401(k) matching, extending parental leave, adding learning tools, and instituting quarterly wellness days.
