Silverpoint Homes faced a tedious lead-capture problem: live chat conversations from Pure Chat had to be entered manually into Lasso CRM, and staff estimated they were only recording 10–25% of chats. To solve this, Silverpoint implemented the Lasso CRM App for Zapier to connect Lasso CRM with Pure Chat and automate lead capture.

Using the Lasso CRM App for Zapier, every Pure Chat lead and contact detail is now automatically entered into Lasso CRM and a link to the chat is saved as a History item. The automation increased capture from single-digit percentages to full capture, saved significant staff time, and coincided with a surge in online leads—web inquiries doubled since COVID-19 and almost half of Silverpoint’s leads now come from Pure Chat. The setup was smooth, with support from Silverpoint’s Lasso Client Director, and Silverpoint plans to build additional Zaps.
