Infinity Custom Homes, a Pennsylvania homebuilder, needed a way to capture and track communications across texting and email while ensuring any texting solution worked with their CRM. They used Lasso CRM and the Lasso CRM App for Zapier to connect to Avochato, a texting platform, so texts could be tied directly to registrant profiles.
Using the Lasso CRM App for Zapier, Lasso CRM automatically creates Avochato History items on each registrant profile and stores sent and received messages in Lasso. This eliminated manual data entry, improved conversion and follow-up tracking, and boosted engagement with REALTORS® and event RSVPs—making multi-channel outreach (text plus email) far easier to monitor and measure.
