Homes by Taber, a homebuilder, was manually entering call-tracking leads from CallRail into their CRM and often had to retroactively select source and secondary source fields, which led to extra work and inconsistent tracking. Using the Lasso CRM App for Zapier, Lasso CRM automatically imports hundreds of CallRail leads into Homes by Taber’s Lasso system, sets the proper source fields, and attaches call recording links to registrant profiles—eliminating manual entry, improving tracking accuracy, and freeing staff time for sales and training. Lasso CRM’s integration increased efficiency across management and sales teams and enabled easier coaching with access to call recordings.
