Red Frog Events increases on-site event revenue by 200% with LANSA

Red Frog Events, a leading experiential event producer behind brands like Warrior Dash and Firefly, needed a way to capture on-site ticket and merchandise sales through its EventSprout platform. The challenge was to build a simple, native iOS point-of-sale app that volunteers could use on iPhones/iPads, accept cash and card payments (via Stripe and a third‑party reader), operate offline in remote venues, and integrate seamlessly with EventSprout — all on a tight timeline and without sufficient in-house mobile expertise.

LANSA delivered a user-friendly native iOS POS app that captures sales online and offline, syncs with EventSprout, and integrates with Stripe for card processing. Deployed on time and on budget, the app nearly tripled Red Frog’s on-site revenue, has been used at about 50 events by over 500,000 attendees, and successfully handled a major 10‑day event with 200,000 visitors using 45 iPads, while enabling ongoing feature expansion.
