A LANSA Case Study
Nulogx, a Canadian provider of transportation management solutions, faced a sales and usability problem: its TMS-O core workbench used an older “web-enabled” interface that looked and behaved like legacy software, making demos ineffective and risking lost opportunities. A new customer with complex, branch-specific shipping requirements created urgency to modernize the core application.
Nulogx redeveloped the TMS-O workbench as a productive, responsive web app using the LANSA low-code platform, delivered in about nine months by a small team. The new solution cut common tasks from ~20 minutes to 3–4 minutes, enabled 2–5% freight savings (about $1M on a $20M annual spend), improved carrier compliance and reduced service failures, supported multi-site and bilingual rollouts, lowered training costs, and made the product more agile and compelling to prospects.
