Facing make-to-order complexity (multiple fits, sizes and colors), multi-site stock transfers and the need for tight material control and job costing, its legacy in‑house system could not scale or provide reliable MRP, capacity planning or multi‑factory visibility.
Top Form implemented Protex ERP, a LANSA‑based vertical solution from Datel, to centralize purchasing, manufacturing and distribution. The system delivered accurate raw‑material visibility and procurement timing, reduced inventory levels, improved capacity planning and machine/manpower control, and proved straightforward to customize and deploy across cutting, sewing, inspection and packing—with further rollout planned to capture payroll, efficiency and shipping data.
