Enns Brothers, a Manitoba-based dealer of John Deere and BRP equipment with over 50 years in business and a heavy focus on parts and service, was hampered by a legacy green‑screen dealership system. Supervisors juggled multiple sessions, technicians used punch cards and paper logs, and information was often out of date—leading to wasted man‑hours, slow customer responses and the risk of lost sales during peak seasons.
To fix this Enns Bros moved to PFW’s LANSA‑developed IntelliDealer and the eServices web portal, giving technicians and customers browser access to real‑time work orders, service history and parts ordering. The transition was smooth, simplified training and IT management, and delivered immediate benefits: up‑to‑the‑minute shop visibility, reduced phone handling, quicker decisions, higher productivity and increased parts & service sales (the $10M annual parts/service business saw the portal pay for itself quickly).
