Duro-last Delivers Web Solution Across Device Types

Duro-Last, the world’s largest manufacturer of custom prefabricated thermoplastic single-ply roofing systems, needed a way for its 3,000 certified independent contractors (and internal sales/engineering staff) to access orders, invoices, shipment status and program information from both desktop and mobile devices. Off‑the‑shelf products couldn’t handle Duro‑Last’s made‑to‑order workflows, and the company’s small IT team required a productive, cross‑browser solution that integrated with its ERP and reduced routine call‑center traffic.

Using Visual LANSA, Duro‑Last delivered a dynamic single‑page web app wrapped in a container for mobile distribution and device security, integrated with its IBM i/Infor XA ERP. Built quickly by the internal team with LANSA support, the portal provides Account Details, Project Status, Program Standing and My Profile functionality across all browsers and devices.
