CBC, a leading Australian distributor of bearings, sealing products, power transmission and related products, needed a reliable way to give distributors across remote and low-bandwidth locations live browser access to its customized RPG-based ERP system. The result was instant browser access for CBC’s distributors through standard web browsers, with lightweight screen packets averaging just over 1KB enabling reliable performance even over slow Internet links, and a painless rollout that improved access without added maintenance overhead.
