AlphaLife Insurance Company, a rapidly growing Greek insurer and Alpha Bank Group company, needed a way to give its 600 branch offices and headquarters browser access to its LINSYS back-end system for creating and managing insurance proposals and policies. With LANSA’s aXes modernization product and support from LANSA partner Mercon, the company aimed to make the solution robust, easy to deploy, and simple to maintain across thousands of branch PCs.

LANSA helped web-enable LINSYS so AlphaLife and Alpha Bank could access back-office insurance functions through a browser, using zero-client deployment across the branch network. The result was fast implementation and rollout, user-friendly access, and a more reliable environment that reduced usage and maintenance costs while improving integration with banking, workflow, and document management systems.
