Lamar Advertising Company partnered with #ThankfulThisHoliday to create a holiday-themed digital campaign that would showcase its photo-interactive out-of-home capabilities. The challenge was to encourage people to share gratitude and holiday cheer in a way that could be amplified beyond social media and into public display.

Using Lamar Advertising Company’s digital billboard network, the campaign invited users to post photos tagged with #ThankfulThisHoliday on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, then streamed selected user-generated images across 700 digital billboards nationwide. The campaign generated 18.4 million weekly billboard impressions, 2,393 social posts, 13 million users reached, 14 million social impressions, 311 unique photos displayed, and 2.1 million press impressions, with coverage across major media outlets and 33,270 YouTube views.
